Sales Service Representative CEE (m/f/d)
Make our products easily accessible for the customer from an administrative point of view
Job Definition
- Commercial consulting of existing and new customers for the TecAlliance product portfolio
- Preparing, coordinating and processing of sales documents for order management in strong cooperation with sales colleagues
- Managing and maintaining of customer's master and contact data
- Handling of CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Job Qualification
- Successfully completed commercial job education or an equivalent qualification
- 3+ years in a similar role
- Administrative support and back office experience
- Secure application of CRM & ERP systems as well as proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills with fluent knowledge of Polish and English, any central or eastern european language is a plus
