Partner Manager (m/f/d)
Define our future program developments and strategic objectives within our Partner Management and support our customers in a smooth and professional onboarding process
Job Definition
- Identifying and evaluating potential partners within assigned territory
- Presenting the TecAlliance Partner Program (TAPP) during external and internal events as well as partner meetings
- Coordinating cross BU activites to ensure smooth partner onboarding
- Working in close collaboration with internal sales teams, ensuring best partner management practices and application of recommended business models
- Providing support to the sales teams as well as guidance to partners in all partner management matters
- Constantly monitoring implementation and effectiveness of TAPP concept, ensuring that all program elements are running well
- Being an important part of the steering committee that defines future partner management strategy
Job Qualification
- 10+ years professional experience in sales or partner management
- Familiarity in international environment in IT or Automotive Aftermarket sector
- Highly experienced in driving cross functional and global projects with various environments
- Ideally channel management background
- Very good knowledge of TecAlliance product portfolio is a strong advantage
- Professional fluency in English, Italian is a strong plus
- Willingsness to travel on a regular basis
