Jobbeschreibung

  • Analysing of reported problems or error messages and coordination of issue solving
  • Keeping customers informed about support cases in relation to service level agreement (SLA)
  • Identifying, recording, documenting thoroughly and tracking bugs
  • Organizing customer service process within the BU
  • Investigatng of the causes of non-compliant software, evaluation of appropriate countermeasures and implementation of the solution
  • Performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
  • Reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases

 

Qualifikation

  • Several years of professional experience in manual software testing
  • comprehensive experience in testing within agile projects (scrum)
  • Professional experience in customer support or comparable position with customer contact
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Certification as ISTQB agile tester desirable
  • Fluent German and English language skills are required, French or other European Languages are a plus
