Customer Support Automotive Mechatronics - French/Spanish/Italian/Portuguese (m/f/d)
Swap the workshop for the office and support us in the professional care of our customers
Job Definition
- Supporting car workshops with questions about maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of cars and commercial vehicles of all common manufacturers.
- Communication with our customers on the phone, by e-mail and in the ticket system
- Professionally analysing of the described cases as well as competent support of the customers in finding solutions
- Documenting the inquiries in the ticket system
- Continuous maintenance and further development of the database
Job Qualification
- Completed training as a motor vehicle mechatronics technician, master craftsman or service technician
- 3+ years practical experience in a motor vehicle workshop.
- Eexcellent knowledge of automotive diagnostics and experience with various brands of vehicles.
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Fluency in French, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese and good English, German is a plus.
