OptiCat is one of the leading SaaS companies in the Automotive Industry. We are hiring an experienced and talented Project Manager professional to join our team.

This position will act as a Project Manager role to help our eCommerce implementation and software development projects. This is a full-time, work from home position, reporting directly to the General Manager of eCommerce and Heavy-Duty for USA and Canada. 

The candidate can be located anywhere in the US. We do not sponsor work visa for this position.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Establishing internal procedures for on-boarding customers and setting up new accounts
• Managing client on-boarding procedures from start to finish
• Establishing project milestones
• Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring all milestones are completed on time
• Follow up on internal and external commitments to ensure accountability of project participants
• Effectively manage priorities
• Set, organize, and lead necessary customer and project meetings
• Communicating with software development and sales teams
• Software Testing
• Customer service
• Ensuring proper documentation is in place. Some technical writing will be required
• Some data transformation and loading may be required (ETL)
• Manage costs and revenue

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers
• A quick learner of computer software applications
• A can-do attitude and self-starter

Education and Experience:

• Project Management Certification from accredited institution
• Understanding of basic software programming
• Technical writing experience
• Software testing experience
• Experience in eCommerce project management and creating timelines/milestones
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• MicroSoft Access experience or SQL a plus
• Familiarity with Basecamp a plus
• Bachelor Degree
