Job Definition

  • Developing the digital TecDoc e-commerce platform of tomorrow in strong collaboration with the team
  • Driving the development of the TecDoc catalogue, shops and services for all TecDoc divisions worldwide in a permanent and future-proof manner
  • Strategic development of the area and comprehensive talent management in an increasingly complex, modern and demanding digital e-commerce environment
  • Ensuring topic-related management and efficient processes as well as successful cooperation with the relevant interfaces
  • Leading the digital catalogue team at eye level, adopting a coaching attitude towards your employees and pursuing sustainable organisational development
  • Promoting a motivating environment with a courageous team and performance culture at all times, enabling the assumption of personal responsibility and using the potential of an internationally positioned company

 

Job Qualification

  • 10+ years of (international) experience in the digital e-commerce business
  • Successfully managed digital catalogue units
  • Strong experience in team leadership and development as well as in individual development of employees
  • Familiar with the international automotive aftermarket and successfully managed projects and teams in this environment.
  • Business fluent English language skills
