Sales Manager CEE (m/f/d)
Become a valued part of our successful sales team and support us with the further expansion of our business relationships.
Job Definition
- Acquisitioning and developing of new customers and implementation of sales activities as well as contact maintenance, incl. trade fair visits and appearances
- Maintenance and expansion of existing business relationships in up- or cross-selling
- Representing TecAlliance at customer meetings as well as individual presentations of our solutions
- Independent preparation and elaboration of offers, conducting contract negotiations on all business levels of the customer and interested parties
- Close cooperation and coordination with other sales colleagues, especially in the cross-divisional areas of up- or cross-selling
- Collaboration in regional and international projects in sales development
- Market observation and competitive analysis as well as the development of new or complementary marketing concepts
- Sales management and reporting, responsibility for target achievement (sales and earnings)
Job Qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the independent aftermarket and/or in the automotive environment
- Profound experience in sales
- Interest, knowledge and understanding of products in the IT industry
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics 365 applications
- High willingness to travel (with hotel accommodation)
- Business fluent in English as well as in Czech or Polish language
