People Services Partner Employee Benefits (m/f/d)

Support the P&O team with your expert knowledge in the area of employee benefits and your know-how in holistic people services

Job Definition

  • Taking over all operational HR topics (e.g. contracts, absences, health issues) for your defined employee group
  • Ensuring the smooth running of HR processes and their new and further development
  • Further developing and designing of our international employee benefits as well as their realization and implementation
  • Performing all operational tasks related to onboarding, exit interviews, data maintenance in HR information systems and checking for accuracy and compliance
  • Perform monthly pre- and post-processing payroll for own area of support
  • Occasionally attend and conduct interviews within own area of support

 

Job Qualification

  • Several years of experience in operational HR work
  • Good understanding of German labor law as well as payroll tax and social security law
  • Sound professional experience in the benefits area of an internationally operating company
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, experience with Microsoft Dynamics HR is an advantage
  • Process-oriented thinking and independent working style
  • Fluent German and English
