Sales Service Representative Italy (m/f/d)

Be the central contact between customers and sales field service and support internal and external stakeholders from offer to invoice

Due to a parental leave substitution, this position is temporary until 03/31/2024.

Job Definition

  • Managing customers data and create documentation in the relevant systems
  • Creating and coordinating sales documents for order processing
  • Driving and secure executing of the defined lead-to-cash process
  • Providing commercial advice to existing and new customers on our products

 

Job Qualification

  • Successfully completed commercial job education or an equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar field
  • Good understanding of relevant finance / tax issues (VAT with and without VAT ID)
  • IT-affinity, knowledge of CRM/ ERP systems and well versed in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian mother toungue and fluency in English
