Job Definition

• Developing, ensuring and continuously optimizing of project management-related regulations and processes
  
• Planning, prioritization, overall controlling and monitoring of all (IT and data-related) projects within a business area
• Creating project reports and cross-project reports, analyzing as well as evaluating the entire project portfolio
• Preparation and support of portfolio, project and prioritization decisions
• Technical leadership of the project managers of the individual projects
• Advising and coaching of the project managers during all project phases
• Assumption of the project manager role for individual projects

Job Qualification

• Degree in business administration or a similar field desired
• Several years of professional experience in (international) project management and ideally in portfolio and program management
• Very good knowledge and practical experience in the selection and application of suitable methods and instruments of project management
• Data- and IT-affinity is a plus
• Goal orientation, strong communication skills as well as strong analytical understanding
• Willingness to travel
• Fluency in written and spoken English. German language skills are a plus
