Administration Specialist (m/f/d)
Ensure smooth, effective and efficient procedures in the respective field of Administration.
Job Definition
- Taking over responsibility for requirements in a specific area of Administration, reviewing progress and making adjustments as necessary
- Involving and steering relevant service providers, associations and committees
- Managing suppliers, incl. conducting negotiations
- Planing and controlling budgets as well as managing contracts and documents of respective area of responsibility
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and corresponding processes according to local legislation
Job Qualification
- Broad experience in administrative tasks of a company, e.g. fleet , insurance and travel management as well as its respective (legal) regulations
- Experienced in budget and financial plannings
- Experienced in stakeholder management and conducting negotiations
- Fluent in Dutch and English
