Job Definition

As a Software Developer (m/f/d) you responses together with the development team the economical operation of developed software and applications.

Your main tasks entail:

• Design, Implementation and Unit testing of software functions following the
  agreed design patterns in an agile environment
• Creation and maintenance of technical specifications and
  documentation for the developed software
• Performance of code reviews as part of the development
  process
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of the software
  architecture and CI/CD environment
• Operate and Improvement of used cloud infrastructure
• Deployment and Administration of server software
• Contact for 2nd level support for products developed within the
  Team
• Eventually supervision of trainees in software development
• On a rotational basis, you will take over the on-call duty with your team colleagues, also outside office hours.

Job Qualification

• Successfully completed vocational training or studies in the software development field
• More than five years of professional experience in software development and operation of software solution and applications
• Very good software development skills in C#, .Net Core, MS Entity Framework or Angular, TypeScript, node.js
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline Azure DevOps
• You have in-depth knowledge in operating and administration of many of the technology stacks we use:
  • MS Azure Cloud especially Azure Kubernetes Services
  • Kubernetes and Docker
  • MS SQL Server
  • MongoDB
  • Apache Kafka
  • Terraform/Ansible
  • PowerBI embedded
  • Linux administration
• Ideally you have experience in agile teams with Scrum, DevOps and IT Operations.
• Your way of working is structured, independent and self-motivated.
• Analytical and creative problem solving and implementation skills
• You enjoy working in a team and contributing your intercultural competence and strong communication skills.
• Fluent English language skills
