Leading employees regarding disciplinary and professional manner.
Guiding and motivating team members towards objectives, supporting them in decision making and leading them to continuous improving.
Creating a trustful working environment that is fostering an open feedback culture and a productive way of working.
Taking ownership for the team results via resource planning, scheduling and budget planning, planning, reporting and controlling daily operations and projects.
Setting targets, aligning these targets with other (global) departments and enabling teams to achieve it in a cooperative way of working.
Controlling and monitoring of KPIs and SLAs.
Supporting internal and external audits.
Continued improvement of processes and quality management as well as implementing guidelines.
Completed training, studies or other qualifying training in Business Administration/Management & Economics, Degree in Business(-informatics) is a plus
Leadership experience, good knowledge of leadership styles and people development
Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills and trustworthy
Excellent solution orientation with focus on process efficiency
Strong ability to implement ideas as well as perseverance
Ability to think and act in a structured manner and a high degree of analytic capability
Proficient English verbal and written is a must, knowledge of German is a plus
