Job Definition

As HR Manager (m/f/d) Payroll you are our expert in all payroll-related matters. As a process owner, you will be given the scope and support to shape the future of our payroll. 

This includes:

• Independent design, optimization and control of the (European) payroll processes
• Responsible for the monthly pre- and post-processing payroll as well as interface to our external payroll office
• Taking over operational tasks in connection with employee support, such as contract management, onboarding, anniversaries, mediation
• Further development of HR controlling/reporting

Job Qualification

• Several years of experience in German payroll accounting
• Ideally, initial experience in international (European) payroll accounting
• Good understanding of German labor law as well as payroll tax and social security law
• Experience in operational personnel work and employee support
• Very good knowledge of German and English
