Talent Attraction Specialist (m/f/d) Focus Active Sourcing
Take responsibility as a process owner and actively support us in filling the positions.
As a Process Owner Active Sourcing, you will help build up the department from the very beginning and be the first point of contact for candidates and teams. The projects are as varied as they are exciting and offer plenty of room for alternative ideas.
Your main tasks include:
Independent supervision of sourcing projects as well as their hiring managers and hiring teams
Actively approaching candidates on suitable online and offline sourcing channels
Conducting initial interviews and accompanying the entire application process
Supporting the development of new recruiting channels (e.g. through partnerships, talent networks)and an internal talent pool
Participation in the development of target group-specific employer branding
Professional experience in recruiting with a focus on active sourcing in the IT environment
Confidence in dealing with common sourcing networks and techniques
