Job Definition

• Developing a global recruiting strategy that gives TecAlliance a unified image but still responds to the specific needs of the regions
• Enhancing existing and developing new best practice processes to improve internal and external customer satisfaction
• Creating and delivering recruiting-based metrics and coordinate with hiring managers to identify trends and requirements in different areas and departments
• Taking over end-to-end responsibilities for international positions: identifying business needs, creating job descriptions, monitoring and consulting the recruiting process
• Taking over the lead or providing support in various employer branding and HR marketing projects

Job Qualification

• Successfully completed studies ideally with a focus on HR management or marketing or comparable training
  
• Several years of professional experience in strategic recruiting, employer branding and / or HR marketing
• Expertise in creating processes, analyzing and optimizing them based on relevant KPIs
• Project management experience is an asset
• Customer service focus, including strong communication and presentation skills as well as analytical focus
• Very good German and English skills
