On an parental leave replacement basis, we are looking for an highly motivated team member to serve as the central point of contact for our customers and your field sales colleagues.
Your main tasks entail:
- Commercial consulting of existing and new customers for the TecAlliance product portfolio.
- Preparation and coordination of sales documents for order processing in coordination with your sales colleagues.
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships.
- Handling of CRM and financial systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Continuously optimizing of all sales & project relevant internal processes.
- Support of sales colleagues and other members of the agile team.
- Successfully completed commercial job education or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in development of customer relationships - from approach to customer retention
- Experience in dealing with CRM system and with appropriate admin tools
- IT-affinity, well versed in MS Office
- Secure application of the CRM system and corresponding admin tools
- Good understanding of relevant finance / tax issues (VAT with and without VAT ID)
- Ideally, knowledge of automotive aftermarket or in online sector
- You have a positive attitude, you are creative and solution-oriented.
- With your quick comprehension and analytical understanding you work carefully, independently and self-motivated.
- Your excellent communication skills with fluent knowledge of English and German, distinctive sales affinity and customer orientation complete your profile.
