Job Definition


You will support our team in legal issues relating to all areas of IT law. This includes the processing of the following tasks:

  • Independent processing of various national and international cases from copyright, trademark law, IT contract law and general civil law, e.g .:
    • Examination of compliance with license agreements, warnings for violations and drafting of customer letters
    • Trademark monitoring and trademark law warning
    • Research and documentation of copyright violations worldwide
    • Contract drafting
  • Correspondence with clients, lawyers and courts.

This position is limited for 3-6 month. Lawyers or elective stage.

 

Job Qualification


  • A completed first state examination and specialization in IT law
  • First practical experience, ideally within a company
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Technical affinity
  • Very good understanding of economic and technical relationships
  • Independent way of working characterized by diligence and analytical skills
